Terms of Service

IntelliVerze provides schools with tools for admissions and student records, fees and payments, gradebooks and report cards, timetables, attendance, and communication. The Service is offered as a subscription with per-plan features; the plan a school subscribes to determines which features are available.

Each school (a "tenant") is set up by an authorised representative who becomes its first administrator. School administrators create and manage accounts for their staff and students, and are responsible for granting roles appropriately.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up your school.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts.
• Student accounts are created by the school; parents and guardians access the Service through the student account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of an account.

Schools own the data they enter into the Service, including student records, guardian contact details, academic results, and financial records. IntelliVerze processes this data on the school's behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

Every school's data is kept logically separated from other schools' data. Staff of one school can never access another school's records through the Service.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another school or another user.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

Paid plans are billed per student, per term, at the rates communicated for your plan. Fees are payable in Ghana cedis unless agreed otherwise. If a subscription lapses, access may be reduced to read-only until the subscription is renewed; your data is not deleted because of a lapsed subscription.

A school may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of its tenant. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On tenant deletion, school data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy's retention section.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; where a change materially reduces functionality your school relies on, we will give reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliVerze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by the school for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify school administrators through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Questions about these Terms can be sent to intelliverze@gmail.com.
