Frequently asked questions about pricing
Registration is free for 14 days. After that, Basic is GH₵ 20 per student per term and Standard is GH₵ 30 per student per term, with a GH₵ 1,500 minimum per term. Premium is tailored to your school.
Yes, on every plan, by mobile money or card. The money is paid into your school’s own account once we have checked it. Each payment carries the provider’s charge and our charge of 1% (at most GH₵ 20). Your school covers both, so parents pay exactly what is owed.
We load your classes, school levels, houses and fee structure with you. Most schools are ready to begin within a few days, not weeks.
No. IntelliVerze works in the browser on the computers and phones you already have. Teachers can mark attendance from a phone.
No. Your school records stay private and are not available to another school or its staff.
